Within the next few days, you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s essential to respond to your survey as soon as possible since we need this information to fulfil your rewards.
Upon receiving the survey by email, you will be prompted to address questions about the following:
After you respond to your survey, you can return to change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts on January 10th, 2022. Only addresses will be available for edits after the surveys are locked. Shipping and further add-ons will NOT be charged until May 1st, 2022.
We have included weight-based shipping rates in the survey so that you can have a good gauge of the shipping costs involved for your rewards + addons. However, due to the volatility of shipping prices globally right now, the shipping fees that you see now will not be the final amount and may vary 3-4 months later. We plan to update the rates again closer to our shipping dates. We will alert backers when shipping costs are finalized before payment is charged. We will keep you updated regularly along the way!
Backers entitled to free shipping (US orders above USD100 and all SG orders) will be given complimentary credits, which will be manually credited at a later date to cover your final shipping cost. Please don't be alarmed if you still see a shipping fee charged on your survey - we will waive it off eventually.

If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact support at https://yoku.backerkit.com/faq.
After surveys are sent, and you did not receive the email, and you Signed in with Apple through Kickstarter, your email address might be a private relay email address. We can help locate your survey and update your email address, please message us through Kickstarter with your Backer ID # found on your Kickstarter confirmation. You can learn more about your email hiding for your Apple ID here.
